About the Cause:
The Cincinnati Reds families, in partnership with the Cleveland Guardians families, are coming together again this season to support CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children), an organization dedicated to advocating for children and youth who have experienced abuse or neglect.
Through a series of collaborative initiatives, including a charitable softball game featuring the wives of both teams, the groups aim to raise awareness and critical funding for CASA’s mission. Last year, these efforts generated a combined $18,500, with Reds families contributing $11,000 to support CASA and the important work they do to provide children with a voice in the courtroom and the opportunity for safe, permanent homes.
The Reds Community Fund's mission is to improve the lives of kids through baseball, softball, education, and community-building programs. Each year, their work serves over 50,000 kids and invests over $2M throughout Reds Country.
